Services Offered

Horizon Real Estate Office offers buyer's agent services. This means that we represent the interests of the person wanting to buy or rent a property. We do not represent the seller or the seller's interests. Our job is to find the right property at the best price for our clients.

Horizon Real Estate Office also offers representation in public auctions of land and property.

Fees

Long term residential lease
(12 months or more) one month's rent + VAT (value added tax)*

Long term commercial lease one month's rent + VAT (value added tax)*

Short term residential lease 15% or the total contract value + VAT*

Short term commercial lease 15% or the total contract value + VAT*

Residential property sales
(See note below.) 2-3% of the sale price

Commercial property sales
(See note below.) 2-3% of the sale price

Representation at Public Auctions
50 000 CZK (1 700 USD) and client is responsible for auction deposit (refundable)

Translation of Documents
250 CZK (8.50 USD) per page of text but applies only for documents related to a public auction or if in excess of five pages for other property transactions

Note on Property Sales

Typical charges are 5% of the sale price for brokering property sales with 2 - 3% being paid by the seller and the remainder being paid by the buyer. Each party pays their own agent. Horizon Real Estate Office never represents both parties.

The fees above apply to properties in the 1 000 000 CZK to 20 000 000 CZK range
( 35 000 USD - 650 000 USD). For properties located in and around Prague priced above and below these ranges, either the upper or lower limit will apply. For properties below
1 000 000 CZK and/or in remote locations, fees are negotiated on an individual basis.

*In certain circumstances (desirable properties in high demand locations), fees may exceed this value. If this is the case, you will be informed in advance of viewing the property.

Option B - Property Agent

No commission - you pay our expenses in searching out a property for you. Hourly rate plus mileage, etc. Contact us for more information.
