Services and Facilities

Unless otherwise stated, all rental properties have the following amenities: water supply, electricity, kitchen facilities, WC and bed linens.

Swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, sporting equipment, etc. are also available as indicated.

The number of beds represents the maximum number of people that can be accomodated (including children).

Duration of Stay

For apartments in Prague, as indicated.

For country properties:

Peak season - minimum stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Check-in time on the arrival date is between 14:00 and 18:00.

Off-peak season - duration may be set by agreement. "W" indicates that properties may be rented for the weekend (from Friday through Sunday).

Prices

Prices listed are for peak season. Prices may be higher during special events and holidays and lower for longer stays and off-peak season - inquire in advance.

Not included in the price is the cost of utilities (except for apartments in Prague, as indicated) which varies according to the size of the property and is based on actual consumption - meter. Average price is from 4 to 11 EUR per day in winter and from 1 to 6 EUR per day in summer.

An additional fee of 0.3 to 0.6 EUR is also payable to the municipality administration.

For country properties: the property owner has the right to require a damage deposit of 100 EUR on the day you take possession of the property. This deposit will be returned to you on the last day of your stay if the property and equipment have not been damaged or destroyed in any way.

Reservation and Payment

Properties are reserved by completing the Reservation Form and sending it by either e-mail or mail.

Please remember to include an alternate property in case the one you are requesting is not available.

Once your reservation form has been received, you will be sent a confirmation. Only 10-50% of the total price will be requested to reserve the property for you. If payment is not received in time, the property cannot be held for you and cancellation will be without notice.

Once payment has been received, you will receive a voucher and important contact information about the property. The balance of the amount due will be payable on arrival - this amount will be stated on the voucher.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your reservation in writing and without penalty no later than 45 days before the booked date.

If you cancel in writing between 21 and 44 days before the booked date, the cancellation fee is 25% of the total price.

If you cancel in writing between 20 and 0 days before the booked date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price.

Agency Cancellation

If, due to unforseen circumstances or reasons of health or safety, your stay must be cancelled, you will be offered a substitution. If you choose not to accept the substitution, your payment will be promptly refunded. Note that there is otherwise no right for substitution.

Complaints

The property owner is responsible for the condition of the property and any claims made about the property. If your stay was not satisfactory, you may request a discount or refund directly from the owner at the end of your stay.
