Takes place on Kami’s lookout

Kami has gathered all seven namekian dragon balls

But for the safety of the universe will not let them be used by anyone.

Goku) Kami we would like to use the dragonballs

Vegeta) Yeah you old Namekian lizard hand over the dragonballs!!!

Kami) I will never hand the dragonballs over to EVIL Saiyans!!!

Goku) but Kami you have known me most of my life, you know I am not evil, and vegeta has turned a new leaf!

Vegeta) In Universe 4 a horrible force is taking over, my or Kakarot’s power is not as powerful as this force. We have estimated that it would take the power of 6 Super Saiyans to destroy this evil force.

Kami) This force doesn’t concern our universe or us.

Dende requested that I give this test to anyone who wishes to use the dragonballs [Kami unfolds the paper]
