If you moved your project (.ims file) or your image files, SiteSpinner or Web Dwarf may not find your images the next time you open the project. Instead of your pictures, you will see a light grey placeholder that says "Image Not Found". This can also happen if you change the name of an image file.
The placeholder should tell you the location that it expects the image to be at. If the file name text is cutoff, stretch the object until you can read it.
To correct this problem, you can either move the images back to the original location or point the project to the new location. (The second option is not available in Web Dwarf).
To tell a SiteSpinner project where the images are, right click on the place holder for one of the missing images.
Let's find a single missing image.
In the drop down menu click on Geometry Editor.
To change a single image to another location, click on the '...' button and find the image file at its new location.
Find file the missing image is in and click on Open.
If your images were in multiple directories, you will need to do the following steps for each directory.
Then open the 'Geometry Editor' to the 'Options' tab.
Select an image and click on Open.
Now you have the missing image back.
However, we want all the missing images back.
To tell a SiteSpinner project where the images are, right click on the place holder for one of the missing images.
In the drop down menu click on Geometry Editor.
To change the location of all the images click on the 'New Dir' button.
Find the file the missing images are in and click Open.
Select an image and click on open.
To change all images to another location, click on the '...' button.
Now all the missing images are back!
Why did my images disappear?
