I like Princess Tutu very much because it's a beautiful and original anime

that could be resumed into this formula: Fairy tales + Ballet.

Lately there are lots of anime about girls with few clothes flirting with guys, sports, guns and blood. Sometimes you wish to forget the bad things that happen in reality and enter in a different story, where everything is beautiful and magical. I missed watching an anime with the charm of the fairy tales and that's what I was so happy when I discovered Princess Tutu.

I have heard that Princess Tutu is similar to Utena. I have watched the two of them but I don't really see the connection. Maybe it's because the odd situations? I think Utena centers more in twisted personality complexs. Personally I see more connection with Fruits basket, maybe because of the feeling you get after watching it. Both of them has hilarious situations and tragedy and darkness behind. They are more centered in feelings than action.

The art is very beautiful and the music is wonderful. I possitive know that most people my age doesn't know anything about classical music.

That's kinda sad because there are very beautiful music in this genre.

I like all kinds of music if they are good but some peoples think that's an old

thing for old people. I remember when a friend asked me to record some music from the Nutcracker and Swan lake for her. Most of the people in our

class thought we were freaks ^^;;

So since I like this anime so much I decided to make a site for it. I like to design websites, I'm still kinda new on it, this is my second site but I hope I'm improving. Also there are very few Princess Tutu sites out there, despite this is a wonderful series with a magical plot and a charming artwork. I suposse it's because this anime is kinda new, so I want to support it and make more people around the world to know it!
