He is a rough little dolphin. He plays a lot with Charlie, and the two can be seen swimming together frequently. He has finally found comfort in coming up for pets and will do so on a regular basis. When Bodine was moved out to RPP at the beginning of the year Razzle was moved to animal care to be with Sparky.
Physical description: He is a very light dolphin with a lot of rake marks and a square rostrum. He looks sort of like a light version of Dottie.
Dolphin you may be most likely to confuse him with: none, but if Toby and he were ever put together that may cause some problems with IDing for some people.
