She was born through artificial insemination. This is Toby's second calf, her first one, Kenobi, is also at the stadium. I think Maguire looks identical to Kenobi when he was born (I've seen a pic). Maguire participated in DIP for a little time before she was moved to RPP. She spent the first few weeks at RPP along with Toby, but Toby was shortly moved back to DIP once Maguire got used to the place. Now Maguire is very interactive and she spends a lot of her time with the other juveniles. While at RPP she was very cautious while interacting. She was quite skiddish and reluctant to come all the way up. She acted (and looked) more like a 9 month old calf than a 3 year old juvenile. In fact after she came back to RPP after a a few weeks of being in AC I didn't even recognize her. I forgot how small she was (it had actually been a few months since I had seen her) and she was a lot darker than when she left. I thought she was a new addition to the pool. This little girl is very small for her age. Even though she's over a year older than Venus she's smaller, and the calves that were born the same year (she is older than 2 out of 3) have really outgrown her. She is now back at DIP and you can see her regularly participating in DIP sessions.
Physical description: She is extremely small for her age and is the smallest dolphin in the pool. Even with Venus being a year younger. She is very light in color with very few rake marks (Toby is dominant this probably has something to do with it). She has a "stain" on her chin and a large dot on her rostrum.
Dolphin you may be most likely to confuse her with: none, she's way to small, but even as she gets older she is very unique looking. She is very light and has almost no rake marks.
