Bella died on July 24, 2002. She was a young common dolphin captured on June 9, 2000 (her estimated birth date was 5/1/1999). She was a stranding. She arrived at SWC April 7, 2001 from Mystic Aquarium. She was not used for DIP for a few months after arrival, but she eventually was. She really loved her trainers and the attention she got. She was a big people dolphin. She was also a really sweet dolphin, always trying to please. I never got the chance to meet her, but I saw her up close during tfad. She was so cute with her pouting lips, and her beautiful markings. She is missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace little Bella.
