Cinnamon Tintacks currently holds the much-coveted position of Kilometremaster, and has done so for some ten years, since he was seventeen. He began life in the fabled city of Reme, but was thrown out after he refused to wear the compulsory flared trousers. Since leaving Reme, Tintacks has been unable to trace his way back to his hometown.
After years of wandering in the Very-Shallow-Forest, Cinnamon found himself beneath the great floating city of Oblivion, and became a purveyor of baked goods for a little while before becoming interested in the Kilometreman way of life. The fifteen-year-old Tintacks quickly rose up the Kilometreman ranks after joining and, at seventeen, became the youngest ever Kilometremaster in recorded history.
Cinnamon Tintacks is extremely cunning and a genius to boot. He is responsible for the general success of the battle against the sky-lorry drivers, and uses propaganda for greater success. In Tintacks, the sky-lorry drivers have indeed met their match!
