Vilnius the Pompom

His name is Viiilnius! The Pompom!

Ah ha, a real baddie! Vilnius the Pompom wears a green Father Christmas outfit, white boots and a green hat with a black pompom on the top. When he laughs (which isn't very often), instead of chuckling "Ho ho ho!" he laughs "Oh oh oh!" He is also VERY pompous and conceited.
