bout the Site

a

Well, this site is about...me! Not much to it other than that. Just insane boredom taking over and having nothing better to do. I just want all my sites to link here so I don't have refill out all the same information over and over and over. *bleh* creating fancy pictures for other sites and just linking here make me feel better. =D. Plus I can do so much more here than I can on in other places, such as Gaia Online, Deviantart, Myspace, and etc. Enjoy the music and other little nifty things I might have on here! =D

About the Title: Baba Yetu. It's actually a song from a game, Civilization 4, however the lyrics are from "The Lords Prayer" just mixed around a bit. Lyrics and translation located here: [link]

Quotes:

  • Zepuka: I can just see it now... you'll be sitting in your Victorian style house on the corner with a bazillion cats for companions, sitting in a mysterious looking room at a desk, writing down your brilliant ideas for yet another publish-ment, when all of a sudden, you get a call from this random dude who wants to meet you because... he really digs enigmatic chicks and you fit the description perfectly...
  • Me: Let's just say, curiosity burned and tortured the cat to a crisp.
  • Zepuka: You know, your mind never ceases to amaze me... you have this rare ability to say something philosophical whenever you please, then can just as quickly say something completely random and hilarious! xD ...and then turn that into something philosophical as well... X.x

  • Me: If you gave me a booster seat in the car so I could see over the dashboard, my feet wouldn't reach the pedals.
  • Zepuka Wrote:
  • Caution: Eating substances known as 'Scifijesus' can cause side-effects of:
    -Sudden urges to speak German
    -Do Tae Kwon Do, or
    -Hide under the bed.
    Other side effects include:
    -Midgetness

-Writer's conflict (such as block, character killing syndrome, and inspiration bursts)
-Random quoting of things from movies, rockin' music, or of friends!
EXTREME CAUTION: can induce random singing of silly songs such as 'the pirates who don't do anything' or of things in a dialect that only the Japanese understand...

  • In the dark ages, how would Scifijesus die?
You would be boiled in oil. Think of it like the medieval version of fried chicken. But (usually) without getting eaten afterward.

  • Me: If the person I'm dating is a largely possible future husband, I want to be sure about them when I go into a relationship. I'd rather wait till the ends of the earth to be with the person God has planned for me than go for some second rate egotistical jerk.
