Air Master

As Kai and Miori turn the corner, they meet Kinjiro. He's looking for Maki and says he'll beat Kai in one punch. They both underestimate each other and they both pay for it. Kinjiro leads off with his After Image technique and Kai falls for it. He lands his punch but Kai manages a simultaneous Bomb Bar counter. Miori is impressed and finds a new hero in Kai. Kai then begins doing big damage with high kicks, Isakaya Bomb Bar, and Sky Twister Press. Kinjiro has to dig deep and remind himself what he joined the rankings for. A rematch with Air Master. His hard punches start landing and now both are stretched to the limit. Miori comes to Kai's aid with impassioned words to inspire her. They fight on and trade damage. Kai returns with her Sky Desperado but Kinjiro avoids most of the damage. Kinjiro then catches Kai with an after image feint but she manages to stay semi conscious. Kai remembers her childhood and what she is looking for. She tries to fight on but she is to badly hurt. Her last attack does no damage and Kinjiro knocks her out. Kinjiro takes Kai's number 9 rank. Later, as Miori is carrying Kai home, they run into Maki and friends. Elsewhere, Saiki and Juliet are talking at a cafe when Juliet is approached by a guy who looks like he might have business with him.
