Pilaf and company make it to Kami's Look Out and manage to steal a set of Dragonballs. Goku walks in on them after they summon the Dragon but before Pilaf can say his wish. Pilaf remarks that he wished Goku was a kid again so that he could beat him up. The Dragon assumes this is Pilafs wish and grants it, making Goku into a young boy. Later they find out that the dragonballs that Pilaf used were special and instead of spreading out all over the planet to be found again the following year, they spread out over the galaxy. And if all the Dragonballs aren't found in one year, the earth will explode.
