Ryo and Robert are chasing a cat for its owner when the cat runs into an empty apartment. They follow it in. Before they catch the cat, the owner comes in being chased by hoodlums. Apparently, the owner had stolen a very expensive diamond from Mr. Big and now, through a misunderstanding, Ryo and Robert get the blame. A little later, Yuri, Ryo's little sister gets kidnapped by Mr. Big's gang, the ransom is the diamond, and it's up to Ryo and Robert to save Yuri.
