EX Drivers Nina and Rei are out on a call looking for the Ghost Driver. They have trouble finding him even though the car shows up plainly on their scanner. The reason it was hard to spot because it's a small remote controlled car. It's a very fast, highly detailed replica of their own car right down to a mini Nina driving it. It also has a highly sophisticated AI which makes very difficult to capture and causes Nina and Rei to be more of a road hazard than the little car could be on it's own. When it's finally captured it becomes apparent that it was sent specifically after Nina. Nina and Rei try to figure out who sent it and why. They can think of plenty of people who might bear a grudge against Nina but this seems more like an obsessed fan. A fan that seems overly well equipped with technical gadgets.
