In the not to distant future there are some people with exceptional telepathic abilities. There are different organizations looking to make use of these people and their abilities. Two organizations in particular are acquiring these special people, enhancing their abilities for their own ends, and not above doing some tampering in the process.

Review
Technically sound. Drawn and animated very well. Nice character designs. Lively background music. Didn't strike me as anything special at first but after a few random episodes I was definitely interested. Didn't see enough episodes to see the overall picture but enough to know that it was worth seeing more of.
