A tanker truck is deliberately crashed in the down town area of the city. The truck had been carrying a biological weapon which kills many people in the area. Luckily the virus doesn't continue to spread. This version stops being contagious after a very short time, but what about next time. When the city puts out a 300,000,000 wulong reward, the bounty hunting crew of the ship Cowboy Bebop get involved.
