New Home Owners - need not replace the locks on their new property. It is far less expensive
to re-key* the existing locks. Each lock cylinder re-keyed is $15.00 and each cut key is $3.00. Our regularly

Keyed-Alike Locks at no extra charge. If the locks on your residential property or
commercial unit are manufactured by the same company we can usually make one key
operate all of them. Convenient and poses no additional risk to you, your family,
property or business.
A Landlord locking-out a Commercial tenant does not require the Sheriff to attend but should have documentation with
their Legal Counsel concerning the lockout and have a notice ready to post on the property confirming the lockout
along with the manner in which the tennant may retrive any belongings left on the property.
In the instance of a Residential
lockout, the Landlord must follow the law and have the Sheriff attend the lockout to serve the required eviction
notice. We cannot proceed unless the Sheriff attends.
*Re-keying is a term that basically means making a different key operate an existing lockset rendering all other keys
useless. The re-keyed lock is operable only with the new key.
