commercial unit are manufactured by the same company we can usually make one key
operate all of them. Convenient and poses no additional risk to you, your family,
property or business.
Commercial / Residential Lockouts!
In the event of a Commercial Lockout, the Landlord is not required to have the Sheriff attend but should, through their Legal Counsel,
have a notice ready to post on the property confirming the lock out
and describing the manner in which the tennant may retrive any belongings. The Landlord should
also make contact with the Police Division closest to the property in question and notify them of the intent to take
posession of said property.
In the instance of a Residential lockout, the Landlord must follow the law and have the Sheriff attend the lockout to serve the required eviction
notice. We cannot proceed unless the Sheriff attends.
