Why Prima? Hmm...


Everyone has their own favorite Pokemon character for different reasons. Ash, Misty, Brock, Pikachu, Tracey, even Ritchie. So, why not Prima?

Lots of people do not like Prima for different reasons, but you know Prima isn't all that bad.

Some people may call her air headed, but I just like to think of her as,.. Extremely, relaxed... (Outside of battle of course!)

All I know is that I really, really don't like it when people go and write mean or stupid things about Prima just because of her you-know-what. I mean, what did she ever do to make people think or write stuff like that?! Prima had to be one of the kindest people in all the Orange Island episodes.
What did she ever do to make them think like that?!

(I like smart Pokemon trainers, like Brock, my other favorite Pokemon character.) You may ask, "How is she smart?" Well, I will tell you!

If you watch carefully and closely... *Clunk!* (No! Not that close! >_<) ...You will see just how much she is trying to teach Ash by means of reverse psychology. But, after she realizes that he "just doesn't understand," she teaches him in a way that all 11-year-old boys like Ash can understand...
...A POKEMON BATTLE!!! After Ash loses to Prima's Cloyster, and not after Pikachu gets a-nice-relaxing-rest courtesy of Prima, Ash finally gets it!
(Man, I envy that little electric rodent!) Wait! Did I just say that aloud? DARN IT! DARN IT!! DARN IT!!! DARN IT!!!!


How this all really started was when my friend loaned me his Pokemon red version...
(You know what, skip all that!)
...I finally made it to the Elite Four and met my first challenger. (Lorelei) I said to my friend she looked like one of the "Super Nerds", and my friend called her "The queen of all Super Nerds."
(Oh, Come on! It was from the position that she sits in on the red version!)
After I triumphantly beat Lorelei and the Elite Four, that's the last I thought about her.

Much later, when Prima was shown on the Orange Island episode, "The Mandarin Island Missmatch", I didn't think much about it except to make jokes about her, er--ahem--er--yeah, with my cousin.
(Actually, I didn't even know that Lorelei was Prima until much later.)
Once I did find out that Lorelei was Prima, I looked at the episode differently the next time it came on. I realized that there was nothing wrong with Prima's character, and the only thing that was wrong was the cameraman and the script writer.
Over time, Prima became my favorite character.

(Actually, I did not think of making this web site until much later after this. Originally, I had no intention of making a Prima fan site. It was supposed to be a Porygon2 site. The idea of making a Prima site came later when I realized that there weren't any Prima sites on the net.)


In all, it's somewhat like the kids say on the Apple Jacks commercial: "We just do!"

But you know, I really like her eyes. If you stare at them long enough you get this weird, relaxed feeling and... ...then... ... ( Hears Jigglypuff start to sing)*ZZZZZZZZZZZ, ZZZZ.*
