Week 1

I'd already beaten the Elite 4 when I started this diary. It just goes over secret areas and interesting stuff you might want to know.

On Thursday, I caught a Ralts. I think they're rare - it's the only one I've ever seen wild. You can find them in the grass between Petalburg and Oldale (I think). Still looking for a Skitty, though. The Pokedex doesn't say whether they are in Rusturf Tunnel or Route 116. Grr! My Ralts evolved into a Kirlia at Level 20.
It was also the Lilycove DEpartment Store Sale, and I bought a variety of decorations - Slides, Platforms, Boards, Tyres, TVs, Mud Balls, Sand Sculptures, Fences and Breakable Doors. They look nice together with my Blue Tent that I got from the Trick Master. When I beat all of his puzzles he gave me Bead Mail and the TEnt and left! Strange.... Anyway, I've had to change Secret Base loads of times so that I can fit in the decorations. I looked for Expert Timothy on Route 115, but he didn't seem to be there. Strange!

On Saturday, I took part in the Game Corner Service Day. I won 1000 coins! I don't know what to spend it on. I also saw Latias - he was too quick for Stlar (my Ralts). But now I know exactly where he is by looking on the map! Like the Wild Dogs of Kanto and Johto, he moves locations, but if you check your Pokedex and he's on the Route you're on, then prepare yourself! Next time, Latias......next time....
I found Expert Timothy! If you go through Rustboro and take the upwards path, go onto the beach, Surf onto the next beach, Surf through the gap in the rocks in the sea to your left and onto the next beach - he's there! There's also a small patch of grass where you can catch Taillow, Swellow, Wingull and Swablu, and of course heaps of Secret Base entrances! My Wailmer also evolved into a Waillord here.
I had a really annoying experience too. I battled the two Triathletes on Cycling Road. I left the Road. When I was outside I checked my Pokegear - one of them wanted to battle again! After I had disposed of this feeble challenge, I went outside. Guess what - the other one wanted to battle! Sounds alright so far, doesn't it Pokefans? Not when it's repeated about 10 times.
Finished my battling when I 1-Hit KO'd Psychic Jackie, got my daily quota of Berries from the Berry Master and his wife (someone had picked some of my berries since yesterday!) and finished the day with a trip to Mt Pyre.
