• The Sailor Senshi Page: This site has high-quality video clips, mainly from the available DVD releases (this includes PGSM). If you don't know what PGSM is, this page explains it. Read carefully the instructions about downloading from this site. If you don't follow them, you'll be banned for hours.
• In Defense of SuperS: As the title suggests, the content is very interesting (some people think that SuperS is the worst season of SM because of the Chibi Usa co-protagonism). But the video clips you can find there are one of their best parts! Look for them at the Download section. It features the same SuperS clips as the Sailor Senshi Page, but you can get here the special simultaneous transformation of Sailors Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus in the SuperS Movie. A great place, especially if you can't download from the SSP! Some miscellaneous clips can also be found there (for example, the "Saban's Sailor Moon" one), as well as music and manga scans.
• MysticalSenshi: They have transformation and attack clips and special ones like the final battle between the Princess Serenity and Beryl, the awakening of Sailor Moon as a soldier, etc.
• PummelDex.de: Go to "Download" in the left menu and then to "Japanische Videos" if you want Japanese video clips or choose "Deutsche Videos" if you want to watch the Sailors shouting in German! I like that dub :)
• YouTube:  NEW  This is a video clip sharing service. See that when you use keywords like "Sailor Moon" or "Sailormoon" you get a long list of clips, mostly fan-made music videos. You don't even have to wait for the download to complete (unless you have a slow connection), because the clips are streamed. And you don't have to register to watch the videos.
• Pacific Moon Animation Gallery: My animated GIFs site. See them while you're downloading the clips :-D Most of them are based on SSP clips.
• Sailormusic.net: Not a video clips site, but a great multimedia one. They have almost all the SM CDs for download. Of course, you'll get lyrics, the complete discography and other nice things like MIDI files. There's also a site forum at http://www.shimai-duo.com.

• Sailor Scouts UK: You can download PGSM episodes here! They don't have subtitles and are in Japanese.
