I am creating this page to serve both as a home for some of my Hercules stories and as a link to stories by other authors that I believe fit in this fandom.

YOUNG HERCULES STORIES
Renaissance Pictures produced the movie Young Hercules, several episodes of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys which were flashbacks to his youth, and the Young Hercules series that ran for one year. The young Hercules (young Iolaus and young Jason) featured in these stories is not based on these characters, but created in the mind of McJude.
§BUT MOM -- Young Hercules tries to talk to his mother about certain feelings he has been having. He doesn't quite know how to put them into words or how his mother will react, but he knows what he can do about them. The problem is that his mother's mind is in another place. (Adult)

-- This Halloween story was written in answer to a Golden Apple mailing list challenge in October 2001. The elements of the challenge are included in the story header.
§LESSONS LEARNED (pre-slash) The perfect Hercules has done something wrong, and his perfect mother has to punish him. She does not realize the result it will have on her other son, Iphicles. Strong sexual content.
§ROTTEN SEX ROUNDTABLE -- Yes, I know it is a horrible name. It was written in the summer of 2002 by four women with active imaginations. (Amorette, McJude, Maryavatar, Janet Jaeger, and Mary E.) I know there are five authors listed, but Janet Jaeger is just another persona of McJude. (Strong sexual content)
§RURAL DIONYSIA Hercules and Iolaus spend Solstice on the road sharing stories told them in childhood.
§THINKING OF YOU -- Written for a KSAres sex acts raffle. Young Iphicles prepares for sleep with thoughts of his past and future sex with Ares, while Hercules listens. (Strong sexual content)

AS PROUD AS. . . .
-- Iolaus featured. Golden Apple Mailing List Challenge to write a scene explaining where Iolaus had been prior to the fight on the bridge in the episode "Pride Comes before a Brawl" and what he had done to have a hit placed on him by the gods.. This story won a Golden Apple for "Honorable Mention Outstanding Missing Scene or Challenge Story" in 2002. Strong language.
§BAD BOYS by Tol -- Iphicles agrees to meet Ares for a good time, but his brother Hercules shows up. Adult.
§DOMESTIC DISCIPLINE-- Written as a KSAres Mailing List challenge to write a story set in the Hercules Universe involving Domestic Discipline. Humor. Adult.
§HOLD THAT THOUGHT-- Iolaus and Hercules wake up in an amorous mood. Things are a bit "harder" in ancient Greece. Humor. Adult. (cause it's slash) .

JUST A PINCH-- Gabrielle's package arrives just in time for Solstice. Hercules seems to enjoy it very much. For 2005 Slash Advent Calendar challenge "Candlelight, mulled wine and sex." Rated Adult, M/M sex.

§UISGE BEATHA -- Written in February 2003 for a Booze-Fuh-Q Festival. Missing scene between seasons five and six. Adult.
UNDER THE VOLCANO The continuing and untold story of Hercules and Cassandra of Atlantis. Spans the time from Herc-time to present. .
§WISEMEN Salmoneous has an idea for a new money making scheme involving a December holiday. Adult.
WOMAN OF THE DESERT-- Iolaus featured. Iolaus is goaded by an author to tell a story. The result was not exactly what she had in mind. Adult/dark.
§HOT ICE AND WONDEROUS STRANGE SNOW by Emcee -- Set in Season Five when Hercules visited the Northland. Adult.
I probably never would have become a Hercules fan if I hadn't happened to watch the episode THE END OF THE BEGINNING where Hercules travels back in time. I love time travel stories and have written several stories which warp and bend the realm of time.
PLEASE NOTE: Almost all of my ANDROMEDA stories are written with the premise that Dylan Hunt is really Hercules. I have not chosen to include all these stories here, but have a few which are my personal favorites and rely most on the time travel premise.
§A FURORE NORMANORUM LIBERA NOS -- Iolaus is a monk in Northern Scotland in the eighth century. After the death of his Celtic lover he is about to resume his search for the insane Hercules, but a priest has some interesting methods of helping him adopt to the tenets of this new religion and make it through the winer.
BOOTBLADES -- First of a time travel series. Iolaus and Hercules come to Columbus, Ohio to play hockey and find a time traveling villain.
HERCULES IN ATHENS -- Immortal (but insane) Hercules confined in mental hospital in Athens, OH. Can modern science do anything to help him. .
IF YOU NEED ME -- Andromeda X-over, a reporter from another place (and time perhaps) visits the Andromeda. Each crew member sees what they want/need to see. Written when Michael Hurst scheduled to be on Andromeda during season 2.
THE LECTURER -- Iolaus is a visiting professor at the High Guard Academy and meets a young Dylan Hunt.
IOLAUSIAN DREAMS -- When the Golden Apple List issued a challenge to write a story about Iolaus learning about the facts of life, my husband made a humorous suggestion. .

THE MYTHS THAT SURVIVE -- Dylan Hunt and crew go searching for Ares who may be still trapped in a cave in Macedonia. This is one of my favorite stories. .
§OCEAN CITY MEMORIES -- Written for a KSAres vacation challenge. Ares, Hercules and Iolaus go to Ocean City, Maryland in the summer of 2002. Humor? Adult.
SOMEWHERE. . . ON THE BEACH -- Part of my time travel series. Iolaus, Hercules and Serena meet up on the beach in Hawaii a few days before Pearl Harbor. Strong sexual content.
PLAY IT AGAIN HERC by Amorette -- Wonderful story set in present day Washington/Idaho. Iolaus as an accountant is just too wonderful. This story won a Golden Apple for "Outstanding Crossover Story" in 2001.
