Initial Contact Fee

R100

A once-off fee payable only if I need to contact the other party to suggest mediation.

Discount Package Fee
(per party)

R850

Payable in advance by each respective party.
The discount package fee covers 3 hours of the mediators time, i.e. time and costs spent by the mediator to resolve the dispute.  In the event that the mediation process exceeds the limit of 3 hours, the hourly rate will be applicable.

Hourly Rate
(per party)

R400

Payable in advance by each respective party.

EACH PARTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN COSTS
