Tadpole's Worm Farm

Libster's ABC Gardening Australia

This is my very easy to use worm farm.
It has sliding doors at the bottom of all sides
to enable the collection of worm castings.
The castings I use in all my pots.

I fill my farm each day with vegetable scraps, tea leaves, prunings, & weeds. Anything except citrus, onion or meat scraps.
Every couple of days I place a few layers of
newspaper or shredded paper & dampen down.
I find this a good place to dispose of any personal
paperwork after I've put it through the shredder.
The only disappointment with this farm is that the legs are too short making the tap too close to the ground, hence the watering can had to be
placed at an angle to collect the liquid fertilizer.
