Here is the Hebe, looked in the bible, apparently they're native to New Zealand,
the flowers range from mauve to white, also called veronica.
Like warmer climate and will grow in full shade or sun in warmer climate but
prefer sun in cooler climate, we have them in both positions equally successfully
I think they're one of those reliable indestructible gardeners fallback plants.
Hebe is the proper name.
