View of the Bromeliad Tree and it's frame work. The concept of the tree is not new but the frame work for protection was my own idea and design. My wife calls it "The Bongo Tree."

A picture of the canopy. I used to have Hoya growing but they burned at the first winter frost. Would anyone have an idea of what to grow in its place? The watering system runs below the ridge fairly high up with a fine mist.
