Libster's Raspberry Patch

This is my first attempt at growing raspberries so I have idea what I'm in for. This is stage one of my raspberry patch behind that little retaining wall. Ive also just made a start on clearing some of the winter grass away in front of it. In front of the retaining wall Ive put down some dichondra but you cant see it yet.

This is a side view of the patch. I chose this area because it gets plenty of sun, but there is a callistemon tree off to the right which will give it a bit of shade by late afternoon.

I'll add more photos as I get further along.
