Along with the
form (upon submitting) documents below should be attached:
1. Legalized copy of the last certificate degree
in English-translated form (along with its transcript of records). The Embassy
/Consulate of the applicant's country in Indonesia can provide the
legalized-translation copy.
2. Copy of study assignment letter issued by the
applicant's ministry/office (For those studying under Government-sponsored
fellowship program).
3. Copy of passport and visa
4. Copy of catalogue or handbook provided by the
university the applicant studied.
5. Copy of the applicant's thesis (only the front
page, page of approval from applicant's lecturer/tutor, content, abstract,
introduction, conclusion/summary, bibliography).
6. Newest
photo of the applicant (3 pieces) in 4 x 6 centimeter size.
7. Certificate
/diploma issued by Germany university/institute should add:
a. Studienbuch
b. Personal und Vorksungverzeichms
c. Diplomarbeit/Disertasi
