MENU Sharleigh's Shepherd's Pie **************** Ingredients: **************** 3lbs Hamburg gravy (I use gravymaster for the juices) 2 can green beans, peas, small cubed carrots, corn or creamed corn seasoned mashed potatoes 2 pkgs shredded cheese salt and pepper, to taste (I like to use adobo*) **************** Directions: **************** Spray baking dish with Pam. Create a crust by lining the bottom and sides of the baking dish with seasoned potatoes. Mince cooked beef and combine with beef gravy, leftover or commercially prepared. Add cooked beef over the seasoned potato Spread desired amount of shredded cheese over the beef; sprinkle with adobo. Top with desired vegetable. Top veggies with the rest of the seasoned mashed potatoes. Finish by adding more shredded cheese on top. Bake at 400° until cheese is golden brown (15 - 20min). adobo* is a great seasoning for most recipes
