MENU Jypta's Bacon Wrapped Roa'ters **************** Ingredients: **************** 6 lbs boneless Roa'ters 1 lb boar meat slices 1 lb favorite shop cheese 1 lb or more bacon strips salt & pepper (I use Adobo*) **************** Directions: **************** Pound 6 boneless Roa'ters halves until 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each piece of Roa'ter with 1 slice of boar meat and 1 slice cheese. Fold Roa'ters over ham and cheese. Wrap each bundle in two strips of bacon. Place bundles side by side in a shallow baking pan. Add abit more pieces of cheese in between each wrap (optional) Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until Roa'ters is cooked and bacon is browned. Garnish with parsley. The cheese sauce it makes is delicious! *Adobo is a seasoning used in many recipes.   Substitutes: Roa'ters = Chicken Boar meat slices = Favorite deli ham slices
