The Multistrike ability is gained with further training in the Multi-Opponent
Combat (MO) skill. With each 5 training ranks you will
gain the ability to hit one more opponent in combat based on the speed of
your weapon as opposed to your standard roundtime. I will have more information
on this as I gather it, but below you will see a chart which explains what
you will gain from the listed rank of Multi-Opponent Combat training.
The command for using MultiStrike is simply -Mstrike-. To have the skill
sweep the room (as in hit more than one critter at a time) type Mstrike then
hit enter. To focus the Mstrike upon a single critter (as in at 41 ranks,
61 ranks, etc...) you would type Mstrike
MultiStrike
Roundtime
MultiStrike attack roundtime is quite different from
a normal method of attack. It takes several factors into consideration to
derive the end result. The factors for determining your base speed with your
MultiStrike are:
[(Number of MultiStrike
Attacks used* -
1) x (Weapon's Speed Factor)] + Normal RT Modifiers
= MultiStrike Roundtime
* Note: If there are less critters in the room
than your skill would allow you to attack unfocused, for instance someone
with 25 ranks (6 critter maximum unfocused) attacking 4 critters unfocused,
then the value here would be the number of critters not the maximum number
of attacks.
Examples:
If you were to MultiStrike 5 critters with a Military
Pick (swingtime of 10 sec), yer RT would be:
Swing #1 - 0 sec RT
If you were to MultiStrike 5 critters with a Dagger
(swingtime of 1 sec), yer RT would be:
Swing #1 - 0 sec RT
(This, of course, is rounded up to 5 seconds.)
Special Thanks to Amery for these examples.
To determine the number of MultiStrike Attacks allowed based on
MultiOpponent skill ranks use the
chart above.

The Formula for this would look like:
Swing #2 - 10 sec RT
Swing #3 - 10 sec RT
Swing #4 - 10 sec RT
Swing #5 - 10 sec RT
--------------------
Total RT : 40 sec RT
Swing #2 - 1 sec RT
Swing #3 - 1 sec RT
Swing #4 - 1 sec RT
Swing #5 - 1 sec RT
--------------------
Total RT : 4 sec RT
