The Portal Room is the room in the ICF Facility where some of the most important work is done. It is in this room where the portals are activated and used to transport chracters from one universe to another, allowing for the crossovers that are used all over the place. The technology is very complex and it takes a skilled crew to make sure everything is in working order. But yet, when the crew is as insane as this one is, well, just about anything could happen. The building centered on in this comic is the hq for the entire crossover organization, so these guys are extremely important. In other words, we're doomed.

Drexel - The Elf

The fantasy expert of the group, Drexel is in fact an elf from a fantasy universe. He's the more anal of the group and can get annoyed with the lack of respect he gets sometimes, especially from Morpheus. The self-proclaimed leader of the group, he enjoys coming up with plans to get things done. Unfortunately for him, by the time he gets a plan in his head, the others have already blindly rushed ahead. He is however highly skilled with a sword and a bow, and there have been some rumors around the office that he might have some knack with magic, but that's yet to be proven.

Eagle - The Spaceship Pilot

The sci-fi expert of he group and technical genius. Eagle was once a spaceship captain for an intergalactic organization, but has since retired in order to have a less strenous and death-defying life. However, he didn't find it here. In fact, his job now is even more action packed than his old one. Though he does every now and then experience the peace he sought when he left his home universe. Whenever something needs fixing in the portal room, or some new piece of technology put together, they always turn to Eagle. He, with the help of Morpheus, have created a lot of the technology constantly used by the crew, and have even reprogrammed X-19 to have some sort of personality instead of blindly following orders like the models before him do. When trouble comes, Eagle is well trained with blasters, phasers, ion cannons, and pretty much anything else that shoots that he can get his hands on.

Morpheus - The Vampire

The horror expert of the group, Morpheus is a not-so-stereotypical vampire hailing from one of the horror universes. He's definately the most badass of the group and is often labelled as the troublemaker because if it. Well, he's aso labelled that because he IS the troublemaker of the group, but that's not the point. If something allows for a little bit of chaos that will be fun for him, he's all for it. But don't stand in his way, because he's a fighter that needs no weapons to take down the enemy. Morph's also has a bit of a dirty mind, and it has since gotten him in a lot of trouble with Nintendo's Samus Aran, who s feuding with Morph due to Morph's sneaky attempt at pulling Samus's powersuit through a portal without her. The most dangerous part about Morph is the fact that he's also quite intelligent, allowing for complex plans to cause a lot of chaos without anyone ever realizing it was him. He barely ever uses these kind of plans, however. Also, while working with Eagle, Morph helped reprogram X-19 to give him a personality.

X-19 - The Company Robot

Built by the ICF for assisstant and grunt work, the X-19 model has a number of features: human-like movement, a large storage capacity, the strength to work on the most difficult of jobs, knowledge in its databanks of every process needed to run the company equipment, and the ability to scan new universes and store the data it obtains. The X-19 model has recently been outdated by the X-20 guard robot, and is now mostly only used for menial grunt work. This particular model of the X-19 robot was given to the Portal Room crew in order to help run and fix the equipment and to help in any task needing a person to actually go to another universe for a mission. Once the Portal Room workers got a hold of this robot, Eagle and Morpheus immediately went to work on upgrading it with new abilities and a personality, so it wouldn't be so boring around the place. X-19 is a bit flaky and centered very highly on the knowledge in his databanks. He has, however, picked up a number of personality quirks from hanging around the others so much, and actually can act very much like a human. He has also become nearly inseperable from Roy, acting as his bodyguard and friend. They share a very Shaggy/Scooby kind of relationship.

Roy - The College Intern

Roy is the newest to the crew, and is still learning the ropes. He's your typical college student, a big drinker and a big geek. He loves working at the Portal Room and looks up to everyone who works there. He is, however, the butt of a lot of jokes that happen around the room since he's so inexperienced and gullible. On the other side, though, he has become good friends with everyone he works with, and any of them would risk their neck to save him. The one most apt to do so would be Roy's best friend of the group, X-19, who constantly looks out for him and spends nearly all his time doing so. Roy isn't the smartest of the group by a long shot, too. The wheel's turning, but the hamster's dead, so to speak. It gets him into a LOT of trouble, considering how dangerous this job can be. All in all, Roy's in for the fun.
