You can access Internet at many Internet points in Eluru.
Though they are named as cyber cafes but most of them will provide
you with Internet access only.
Please be informed that Internet speed will not be as fast as in developed
countries. Early in the morning (8-10 am) data transfer rate is higher since number
of users are less.
Generally if you wish to take print out of some
material (text), you will need to pay Rs. 5 per A4 size page in black and Rs. 20 in Color,
above Internet charge.
Some of these Internet Points also provide Internet Telephony by which you can call up overseas phones at much lower rates then telephone booths.
