The U.S.S. Fhazir, an Oberth class vessel, has undergone extensive modifications to be able to use the prototype of the weapon. The U.S.S. Excelsior is used as an escort in case of emergencies and the U.S.S. Hai-Ye, a Miranda class starship, will be gathering information about the test as it is being conducted.

On arrival at the IPX44 cluster orders are to proceed into the very center of the cluster to obscure any sensors from unauthorized starships before testing begins. Inside and ready...
-"Captain, three Klingon Bird of Prey are decloaking 20.000km infront of us. We are being hailed."-"Shields up! Open a channel."

"Greetings, Federation starships. We hereby assume control of "The Dephed". You are to hand over the weapon immediatly or face the consequences."
-"Who are you? You cannot do this! Do you really risk to wage war with the Federation over this?"
-"We are not part of your allied Klingon Empire. You have supressed the Klingons long enough and it is time we took matters into our own hands. Ka'Pla!" *END TRANSMISSION*
-"Sir! They are powering up their weapons!"
-"Red alert! Send a message of engagement to the other ships and prepare to return fire!"

Klingon Objectives
The Klingon team will try to conquer "The Dephed". This will be achieved by boarding the U.S.S. Fhazir, which can be done after if has been reduced to 10 or less superstructure points, as casualties are supposed to be too high to be able to produce any resistance. The Klingon side will then loose control of the boarding ship, leaving it floating freely in space, but will assume control of the U.S.S. Fhazir and try to move it off the board. If this is achieved, the Klingon Renegades will win.

Federation Objectives
The Federation must stop the Klingon Renegades from stealing the weapon! This can only be done in one way, to effectively destroy all three of the Klingon starships.

Noone Wins?
If the weapon/U.S.S. Fhazir is destroyed, noone wins the scenario.

Who plays the final?
The best team from each side will go to the final playing the same scenario.

Victory Points
For each ship that survives: 50 points + Remaining Superstructure.
A ship is considered to have survived if the crew has escaped in lifepods although their ship has been destroyed.
For each damaged/destroyed enemy ship: Enemy Superstructure points lost.

Teams who completes their mission objective successfully takes preceedence over other teams.
