"Harper, please tell me you're not going to buy that....garment for Rommie", Beka said warningly.
"Hey, she'd look so hot in this dress!"
"Harper, that's not a dress, it's just some pieces of metallic cloth strung together".
"Aw, come on, it doesn't show anything, look at the image of the model wearing it here. See?"
"That's because the model on the monitor isn't moving".
"Well, I'm going to get it for her anyway".
"Ok, I'll see you in Medical later. Bye".
"Ha ha. Later, Bek".
Harper caught up with Beka within a few minutes at a shopping booth.
"So where's your package? Did you get it for her?" Truth to be told, Beka was looking forward to seeing the expression on Rommie's face when she received his little gift.
Harper muttered something unintelligible.
"What?"
He just gave her an annoyed look.
"Harper, where's the gift you were buying for Rommie?"
"I didn't get it".
"Why not?"
Another look.
"Well?"
"The cashier asked me to wear it on a date with him! Can you believe that?!"
