A/N: I found this recently. It's short, I probably wrote it in about five minutes, when I was in zany poetry mood.
On a mission to restore a new Commonwealth,
Three hundred years old but in very good health
Captain Dylan Hunt escaped from a black hole
Gathered his crew to set out on his goal
A smart guy whose name is Seamus Harper
when repairing an engine, no one is sharper
And Trance Gemini, a purple girl of some mystery
Not one of the crew has found out her past history
Of the Nietzscheans, a people to fear
Is Anasazi out of Victoria, but we call him Tyr
There's Acting First Officer Beka Valentine
Who refuses to salute and speaks what's on her mind
And Bem--Dylan jumps at the sight that face
for Magog are a known and most fearsome race
And please, don't forget, most important of all
The Starship Andromeda, who survived the downfall
of the Commonwealth once with over a million members
Most of of those who are gone, she alone still remembers.
