Ghost: Part I

Author’s Note: I should really stop starting new stories before I finish my old ones. The thing is that this was a spur of the moment. End of the Nightmare is longer and will take longer to type up. I’ll have more parts to both stories but I’ve been dying to do this one. I just love Steve Bacic and really wanted to write a story with him. Enjoy and send reviews

Ghost
Part I: Resurrection

The universe had collapsed around the crew of the Andromeda Ascendant. The engineer and the Hear of Weaponry were captured by the Magog. The Captain, First Officer, Head of medical, and the Magog priest were lying motionless on the floor of the bridge. Andromeda sounded a Coed Red, Officers Down.

"Access Code 3284," the door to the bridge slid open. A shadow of a tall, broad-shouldered man slid across the floor. Rommie gasped in surprise, but the man put an index finger to his lips indicating for the avatar to be quiet. He walked up to the unconscious captain and kneeled by him.

"You fought well, my friend," he said, "but even the best of warriors could use help." He picked him up and wordless carried him to medical bay.

Dylan’s eyes frayed open and the ceiling of Medical Bay came into focus. The Medical Bay? Dylan thought, How did I get here? What happened? He tried to remember. The Magog attacked and they fought. What happened after that? They lost, he remember, but if that was the case, where were the Magog?

"And where is my crew?" he asked out loud without expecting a reply.

"After 300 year," an old and familiar voice sounded through the room, "you never change, Captain Hunt,"

At the sound of the voice, Dylan’s eyes grew wide. He turned and saw the last person he ever expected to see again.
