apart for engine work its a clean standard bike . it even has the origanal anti_dive, ventilated disks and sixteen inch front wheel.i bought it because the engines are so reliable and i needed an everyday all weather bike as opposed to the endless polishing that came about when my chop was out in the rain.

im realy surprised at how good this bike actualy is.it surprised quiet a few sportsbike riders at this years isle of man tt.ive put up quiet a few miles on the ol fj now and have ran into most of its common faults. ive replaced the clutch pushrod seal ,front fork seals ,head bearings ,wheel bearings,exaust gaskets,fork springs/oil(at 15weight now) . the carbs have givin a few niggly probs and the exaust is gettin holier than the pope but its still goin strong.more pics coming soon
