bought as standard cb750f2 carbs.they were then stripped polished inside and out.all rough edges were removed.they are upjetted from 95 mains to 120s .four highflow empco airfilters (with filter cover recently added) .all replacable screws are now stainless.
they give fantastic response when the throttle is cracked open,much better than the older type carbs.
i did run them with no filters for a while but was afraid a small child might get sucked in one day .
the induction noise was a bit much at first but the new filter cover has quiietened that down a bit.
there are no extra supports in place for theese carbs and they stay rigid to the engine.
