Lepidoptera in the World. This project is sponsored by the Cesa.
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ömer Koçak and
Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhabbet Kemal are the authorities about the scientific parts
of the project as well as coding of the data, typing the results and the
presentation.
Checklists of the Lepidoptera
of some of the well known localities or regions of the South Africa is also
under preparation by the Cesa
In the Cesa databank more than
5420 localities, regions provinces and states in the world are under
preparation with their faunal checklists of the Lepidoptera. Each checklist
comprises alphabetically arranged valid scientific names of the taxa with their
full synonyms and homonyms.
For the South Africa, the
project is under preparation nearly 100 selected localities, provinces etc as a
separate work.
