Changes to Kern County Sheriff Frequencies/Channels. These changes are not
currently in affect. It is expected the changes will go in affect when the KCFD
switches to their new system. Radio Techs are currently testing these
frequencies to make the coverage area better, as lots of static/interference is
being herd.
