Special Agent Cecil Warren travels to the past to prevent Armaggedon, and gets a little help from the Warrior Princess and co. Unfortunately, inevitability takes a large part in the proceedings.

It told me that it would be happy to get me to start writing, but when I was halfway through, it suddenly dawned on me that I was trapped in a verbal checkmate. The story knew where it wanted to go, and you canna blame me for it. Hmph.

An angry angry story, perhaps my third ever fanfiction. Xena and Gabrielle are captured by Ares' henchmen in a lucky ambush, and Xena must sacrifice herself to save Gabrielle. note: this is all about how much I hated the blonde.
