when people requested for a Numbuh 274 pic, i managed to catch the episode he was in, but thought his costume was way too complicated. after listening to me whine about it (i do so love to complain!) a friend suggested, "draw him naked." haha! fortunately his pants stayed on. *snerk*
the tattoo is a reference to the tattoo that he threatened to get at the end of CHAD. funny that was what finally made his parents cave, heh. well, he went and got that tattoo anyways....
