OPERATION: SPANK (Sore Posteriors Annoy Naughty Kids)

mini-synopsis: Count Spankulot joins the KND (?!)

summary:

it has always been Count Spankulot's duty to "punish naughty childrens," be whether they have tp'd someone's house, or failed to return a library book on time. good children, however, had no need to fear his "stingy wrath." but Count Spankulot makes a mistake, and accidentally spanks a good child. the child's parents are livid and drag him to court, where he is sentenced to jail time.

once out of jail, Count Spankulot decides to turn a new leaf. he sees the KND battling Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb, and joins the battle, helping the KND! he then informs them that he wants to join them, to repent for his child-spanking ways before he did time. none of the KND are brave enough to say "no."

the KND grudgingly deal with him, until they invite him on a mission--Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb have built yet another super-chair and plan to destroy playgrounds. they go to Wink and Fibb's house, and Count Spankulot launches into action, spanking the bejeezus out of them. but then the lights turn on and gasp! it's not Wink and Fibb that Count Spankulot is spanking at all, it's the judge (who sentenced the Count to jail,) and the judge's wife. yep, Numbuh One is a wily one indeed. his only mistake? bringing Numbuh Three along to Count Spankulot's trial, (he is sentenced to "eleventy trillion years" in prison) where Numbuh Three spills the beans and reveals that they purposely tricked the Count, not only this time, but the first time Count Spankulot was sent to jail. much spanking and yelling in pain ensues.

"i arrive like a shadow in the night...the hunter who preys upon wrong-doers. i deliver my punishment swiftly and without regrets. my victims beg for mercy and offer to make deals; they try to run, but there is nowhere to run and there is nowhere to hide! for those i hunt, i have but one thing...a good spanking! they call me Count Spankulot, the bounty hunter of bottoms!"

bizarro's blathering: definitely high up there on the "weird episode" list, but it's also pretty great! seeing a bit character like Count Spankulot get a full episode after a few-second appearance in one of the first episodes (CANNON) means that the writers are actually paying attention to their own stuff--shock! and, well, who wouldn't want to know more about a spank-happy vampire?
