OPERATION: CAMP (Children Are Miserable Parents) mini-synopsis: Numbuhs Two and Three try to balance work and family summary: the KND are doing some reconnaissance at a camp, where Numbuh One claims the kids are being held against their will. though the others think it looks like the camp children are enjoying themselves. during their investigation, Numbuhs Two and Three find a baby, and decide to take him with them (!!) we soon learn that it's not a human baby, but a baby skunk that they've found, and with their newfound responsibility, they can't afford to go around on missions anytime they want to, much to Numbuh One's chagrin. they finally manage to go on the rescue mission to the camp, with some difficulty, due to Numbuh Two and Three's preoccupation with the skunk, which they've named "Bradley". they arrive at the camp, where it's discovered that the kids there actually are being brainwashed by the counsellor to make lanyards and wallets! the counsellor orders the camp children to attack the KND, but by happy coincidence, Bradley's stinky gas neutralizes the brainwashing. unfortunately, one baby skunk's stank isn't enough for all those campers, but then Bradley's real parents come and save the day. Numbuh One, grateful to Bradley for his help, awards him with the title of honorary Kids Next Door Operative Numbuh Six. quotable quotes: Numbuh One: "hello, we are the Kids Next Door, and we're here to rescue you." Camp Counsellor: "very good, Numbuh One, you may have discovered my evil plan to use child labor to produce lanyards and wallets at incredibly low prices, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to stop me!" bizarro's blathering: it's quite fortunate for Numbuh One that those camp kids actually were being brainwashed, because after Operation: POINT his credibility was waning. |
