to INJUSTICE pages. It is really appreciated.
We will be working on the site this week.
Hopefully by next week it will look much differently,
with a photo gallery, links, a longer version in the story

It is a farce that we are a free democratic society.

We have a high priced judicial system, not a legal one.

We are not a free society We live under strict

'he who has and he who has not' feudal society.

Just keep in mind that it is under these kind

of circumstances that our inner self learns and grows.

My story is a "ditto" to my sister's. I have had to feel the suffering and pain that she has felt through all of this! She has weakened at times, but all in all she has been a trooper! She has perservered through a whole lot in her life!

Surely she is chosen to be strength for others that have been hurt in this same way! The evil one came to rob, steal,destroy and to kill and he has really given her a run for it in even more than this way!! My story is the same to say that I have watched.

I am so proud of you Beverly. You have raised a banner in a situation that most people have sat down and buried there head in their lap about!! People that love you will support you and give you encouragement and praise. The enemy will never do that! I am glad you are a discerner and that you DO KNOW THE ENEMY!!!

I added your page to the injustice system section on my site.

You will relate to my article about the
Good old boys network
section.
If we could expose the good old boys and make the people mad enough to go after them more than 10 percent of the inmates would be freed because they were railroaded by the good old boys. The prison administration would change because most are good old boys. Probably 80% of the guards would be replaced. The 10% freed would be replaced by the good old boys.

I applaud your tenacity and willingness to speak out concerning the injustice you and your family have suffered at the hands of the "just-us" system. People all over this great land of ours are waking up to the fact that our government has long ceased to be the servant of the People and has evolved into a cruel master.

Hi,

I don't know your personal circumstances, but if I were being held back by corruption (and yes, I have been there in small-town Texas), I would leave. The reason? Living well without the corrupt and "hold you down" type influence of morons is the best revenge of all. It also gave me the freedom to see just how puny and insignificant the morons were.
Once you are out of their sphere of influence, they become nothing more than schmucks who you wouldn't give the time of day if you saw on the street corner. The "smart-ass" remarks of "I've got yor number" are just BS, and they are nothing more than puny bumps in the road of life.
To me, life is for living. Because of Frankl, Seligman, and others, I have freed myself of the chains that bound me and found a calling. I may not have a perfect life, nor may I be a perfect person, but at least I am living the way I want to. That is why I write about the things I do. They are things that can help my fellow man (I hope), and ultimately help society. Well, I have to get back to my family now. I wish you well.

Just stumbled upon your site. Sounds like a nightmare! Isn't there anything anyone can do? Have you gone to the newspapers, etc.? I know Alabama has a reputation for being a "backwards" state, but what happened to you is awfully appalling! Maybe you should write a book. Best wishes,

I would be more than happy to post this on the site. Have you taken this to the papers before; or is your town so small and corrupt that they too, are on the take?
I am not a legal counselor; however, many people who view the site are. Let me know if there is anything specific you think I can do to assist you. I might suggest that you join our newsgroups and post your story there. There are some serious activists who are members. This would increase your chances at getting your info to someone who might take serious interest in your case. Have you contacted the ACLU or similar organizations? Let me know where I can help.
I will have this up in a few hours and let you know of the link. Incidentally, I owe you an apology as when you sent your story before, I have the flu and had not gotten back to you yet. Thank you for your persistence, as I receive at least 100 emails every day:)

The only thing that will save you is by loudly publishing the truth. The more people who know the truth about your situation, the less chance the thugs have of making their "conspiracy" work for them. It will back fire instead.

I think you need to get the news media involved in this story.

If they want to make more laws, here's one for the top of the list:

"BOTH THE JUDGE, D.A., AND ANY THIRD PARTY CO-CONSPIRATORS WILL RECEIVE THE SAME SENTENCE THAT WAS IMPOSED ON ANY INNOCENT PERSON THEY IMPRISONED. THE TIME WILL RUN CONSECUTIVE, DAY FOR DAY UNTIL THE SENTENCE EXPIRES.

Then I would add, if I was the law maker:

If, at the end of the sentence, the innocent person doesn't like you for any reason, you just might get sentenced again the 2nd time, and more than likely a 3rd time. Then the innocent person is free to make threats to you and cause you to live in a daily dread of fear for the rest of your life, because you won't see justice anytime real soon from a higher court.

I know that addition to my suggestion for a new law is bizarre. YES IT IS, BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED IN MY CASE.

It is wonderful to have you aboard! You know we are not lying when we speak about how things are inside the courtrooms and prisons. I pray the governor and the prison commission are willing to listen to the families of the prisoners, and to people who have been all but crushed by the corruption in this state. From lawyer to judge, and then from DOC to wardens to guards. The public has little idea how ubiquitous it is. You were a nurse so you know how important the basics of life are, just to survive. You spent time in jail/prison and so you know how it is in there, at least to some degree.

You, my dear, are a wealth of knowledge that few have the horror to experience -- though, I must say, it is getting more and more popular, enough that at least one state governor (Illinois) listened and changed the world with his decision to commute every death row prisoner in his state to life or life without, or less. If we do this right, we can open the ears and the eyes of Governor Riley. I see changes coming. We need the media to begin writing about these things...and they will eventually...as soon as they see that corruption is out and integrity is in these days -- at least in the beginning. We need to watch this administration carefully and don't let any of them over-step their bounds of Law. Perhaps you and your parents could watch and listen with the rest of us.

Don't know if you know about the convention coming up in April. If interested, let me know and I will email you our flyer.

As for the webpage we will create for you, email me the documents you have that have the judge's (etc.) signatures, (one at a time because of bandwidth and downloading time).

Thank you for your very kind words about Patrick and our predicament. We both trust God that things are in Perfection with the Universe, that things are changing, and that we will see freedom. When Patrick is free, it will give hope to a lot of people who are in seemingly impossible situations.

I had sent you a show idea about The Good Old Boys and their victim Beverly Brabham.

I had received a letter from a friend of mine in a MO prison, Alden Redfield. The letter has a suggestion for a show that I feel Montel would be interested in starting. I thought about John Walsh however some of the prisoners were on his show and I do not think he would enjoy doing a show on the innocence of a person that he helped put behind bars in the first place.

Alden is 62 years old and a very good man. He is also very intelligent and well spoken. He reminds you more of a preacher than a convict. I am attaching a copy of the web page I set up for Alden and on it you will see his picture. Is that the picture of a hardened criminal? I have never met him but we have corresponded via the mail and I feel as though I know him.

The web page is his letter which I typed as he wrote is.

If you go to my web site and look at the site map you will see a section on the Good old boys and with that links to innocent men in prison. I am sure that you can get a more than a season of excellent television entertainment from these men and women. There are probably a few good movies there too.

Please read Alden’s letter and consider his ideas for the television show.

I have chosen to write to the Montel Show because of his excellent shows regarding the innocent in the recent past. Please help innocent people out of the cages that they have been put in. If they were animals in a research facility, rodeo or circus they would have many supporters and they treated us worse than those animals.
