Judge Lynwood Smith U.S. District Judge
made the following comments concerning the conduct
of the Adamsville Municipal Court and its employees' conduct.
Judge Smith chose not to take jurisdiction over the case, as it is a
State Civil or State Criminal Court issue to adjudicate.
