The Mistakes We Make by Kinslayer (Kaizer/Daisuke, NC-17 for non-con, rape, BDSM and violence)
This is one dark story--probably the darkest that I've ever read. So much so that I almost couldn't enjoy it, but it was so good I had to know what happened next. This fic is not for small children, pregnant women, or people with heart conditions. The Kaizer captures Daisuke and elects to keep him. The Kaizer is insane.

If you read The Mistakes We Make then you know how dark Kinslayer's fics can be. This one isn't quite as bad, but it's certainly not all sunshine and puppies. And yet I'm recommending...so you know it must be damn good.

After recommending two Kinslayer fics I wanted something light and sweet to cheer myself up from the angst fest--and Kel is the perfect writer for that. Most of her fiction tends to be fun and upbeat. And I've always liked this one--especially the last line.
