Premises Opening Policy

  • Client must produce valid Goverment Issued Photo ID (eg...Drivers License) bearing the address that requires opening. This is the ONLY acceptable form of identification
  • We will only accept second party bookings if the person booking the service request assumes liability for the bill if the person requiring this service does not arrive at the appointment
  • We will return your call to verify that your contact information is accurate
  • After Regular Hours EMERGENCY service call rate $100.00 - includes the first ½ hour of labour
  • After Regular Hours EMERGENCY hourly labour rate $ 90.00/Hr. - billed in ½ hour increments
  • Charges listed above do not include any parts or other services which may also be required
  • Please limit after hours calls to emergencies only requiring immediate assistance
