As People we need people

and as people, we all need friends

But knowing that someone cares

And mentally holds us close.

That we are in their thoughts,

And that someone just cares.

It is such a blessing, being understood

Makes everyday living especially,
wonderfully good.

Value more the outstretched hand

Reaching out to find a like spirit

Whose heart and mind we can share

And so fill life's greatest need:

To share with another person

Our longing, our joys and sorrows

And so, make us fully aware

That life's completeness

And richness depends, mostly
